Privacy Policy
Your family's documents are personal. This policy explains what information we collect, why we need it, who receives it, and how you can control it. It follows Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection, in effect since January 1, 2026, and its guiding decree.
01Who is responsible for your data
US Visa Premium Partner is the data controller. Questions or requests about your data go to our email below.
US VISA PREMIUM PARTNER · USIMMISOL@gmail.com
02What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone number, address.
- Family and case details: who is sponsoring whom, dates of birth, marital history, immigration history.
- Documents: passports, ID cards, birth and marriage certificates, household registration, police certificates.
- Financial documents of the sponsor: tax returns, pay records, bank statements (for the Affidavit of Support, Form I-864).
Some of this is sensitive personal data under Vietnamese law, such as ID card images, financial records, and medical exam results. We collect it only when your case requires it and only with your consent.
03Why we use it
- To answer your consultation request and review your eligibility.
- To prepare, file, and manage your immigration case with U.S. government agencies.
- To contact you about your case.
We ask for your consent separately for each purpose. We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
04Who receives it
- U.S. government agencies that decide your case: USCIS, the National Visa Center (NVC), the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
- Our U.S.-licensed attorney and staff who work on your case.
- Service providers we use to host this website and receive consultation requests (Cloudflare, Inc., United States), store files, and send email, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, when Vietnamese or U.S. law requires it.
05Transfer outside Vietnam
A U.S. immigration case cannot be processed without sending your information to the United States. By giving consent, you agree that your data is transferred to and stored in the United States for this purpose. We carry out the transfer impact assessment that Vietnamese law requires.
06Your rights
Email us to use any of these rights. We confirm receipt within 2 working days.
| Your right | We act within |
|---|---|
| See or get a copy of your data, or correct it | 10 days |
| Withdraw consent, limit use, or object | 15 days |
| Delete your data | 20 days |
You can also file a complaint with the authorities or claim compensation under Vietnamese law. If you withdraw consent while your case is pending, we may be unable to continue it. Documents already filed with U.S. agencies stay under those agencies' rules.
07How long we keep it
We keep your data while your case is open and for the period required by law and professional rules after it closes. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
08How we protect it
Access is limited to the people working on your case. Files are stored with access controls and encryption. Your information is also protected by attorney-client confidentiality. If a data breach occurs, we notify the Vietnamese authorities within 72 hours as the law requires and inform you if you are affected.
09Children
Many family cases include children. We process a child's data only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and with the child's own consent where Vietnamese law requires it.
10Changes to this policy
We will post any update on this page with a new date. For important changes, we will ask for your consent again.
